Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair, transparent refunds

At Central Desk, we want every customer to feel they got value for their money. If you're not happy, we'll work with you to make it right — including refunds where applicable.

15-day free trial

Every new account gets a 15-day free trial with Pro features unlocked. No credit card is required. If Central Desk doesn't work for your business, simply don't continue — you owe us nothing.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that Central Desk isn't right for you, we'll refund 100% of your payment — no questions asked. Just email billing@centraldesk.io with your account email and we'll process within 5 business days.

Pro-rated refunds

After the 7-day window, you can still request a partial refund for the unused portion of your billing period:

  • Monthly plans: Refund of unused days, calculated daily
  • Yearly plans: Refund of unused months, minus a 16% adjustment (since yearly plans include a 16% discount)
  • Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once consumed:

  • SMS messages sent
  • WhatsApp template messages delivered
  • Email campaign emails sent
  • Courier API calls used
  • AI tokens (OpenAI/Anthropic) consumed

Your wallet balance for unused (un-consumed) credits is refundable up to 90 days after deposit.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@centraldesk.io from your registered account email
  2. Include your workspace ID (found at Settings → General)
  3. Tell us the reason — we use this feedback to improve
  4. We'll acknowledge within 24 hours and process within 5 business days
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email with the refund transaction ID

Failed deliveries & outages

If a Central Desk outage causes you to lose messages, miss orders, or fail to deliver campaigns, we provide service credits proportional to the impact. Enterprise customers receive SLA-backed credits automatically — details in your contract.

Wrongful charges

If you believe you've been charged in error (duplicate payment, billing after cancellation, unauthorized upgrade), we'll investigate within 24 hours and refund any incorrect amount within 3 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period. No automatic refund is issued on cancellation — request a pro-rated refund using the process above if applicable.

Disputed transactions

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or bKash/Nagad without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to email billing@centraldesk.io first — most issues are resolved within a day.
