From a problem we lived through
In 2024, our founder ran a small F-commerce business in Dhaka. He was using 6 different apps to manage customer conversations â Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, SMS, Email, and a website chat widget.
Orders were missed. Customers were frustrated. Agents were burnt out. The "solutions" on the market were either too expensive (Zendesk, Intercom) or didn't support Bangladesh-specific needs like bKash, Pathao, and Bangla AI.
So we built what we wished existed. Today, Central Desk powers thousands of Bangladesh businesses â and we're just getting started.
